After an extensive search we selected DMP based upon our estimation of value
and price and we saved a significant amount of money in the process. We have
been with DMP for four years now and have found them to be a consistently reliable

About a year ago we challenged DMP to work with us in automating our donor
correspondence by adding digital imaging to the services they currently provide.
After a careful study of the technology, DMP agreed to work with us to provide
this service. We now receive all of our donor correspondence as images on a
daily basis via the internet. This greatly speeds response times and gives
us much tighter control and accountability in the way communication with our
supporters is handled. Moreover, we are now able to keep a permanent record
of our interactions with our supporters and it is immediately available to
respond to future inquiries.
